Gammarus is a freshwater shrimp, sun dried from fresh. A great food for all kinds of reptiles, amphibians and medium or large fish, shrimps of this kind forming a major part of the diet of many freshwater fish, turtles and other aquatic animals in the wild.

They are also a calcium rich food source for small land predators such as small lizards, skinks and newts and a natural source of Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorous, Chitin and Beta-Carotene.
